Description
The TogDrop® Common Saddle has one very specific job: it gives your backdrop crossbar a place to sit and be supported within your TogDrop setup.
The open saddle design holds one backdrop crossbar up to 1.5″ in diameter. It is used with compatible TogDrop systems including the Corner Body, Single Pole Holder, and Dual Pole Holder.
Because the crossbar rests in the saddle rather than being permanently attached, you can lift the crossbar in and out when changing your backdrop or reconfiguring your setup. That makes the Common Saddle an important connection point between your TogDrop mounting system and the crossbar holding your backdrop.
It can also be purchased separately when you need to replace a saddle or add one to a compatible TogDrop system.
How It Works
- Attach the Common Saddle to a compatible TogDrop body or holder
- Place one backdrop crossbar into the open saddle
- Secure the crossbar using the appropriate TogDrop safety connection for your setup
- Lift the crossbar out when you are ready to change or reconfigure your backdrop
